- 4-Day workweek
- $1,200/day minimum daily guarantee
- $300k W-2 proven earnings
- High tech office. CEREC utilization. A full Ceramic Team. 3-D printers. Lab onsite.
- Chef prepared meals catered in daily - that includes pastries made from scratch and other assorted snacks for staff and patients alike, in addition to full meals provided.
- Join 5 other doctors in this group and several true Super GPs
- Over 20 hygienists working at all times.
- Hundreds of new patients each month.
- Full benefits including 401k. We pay half of all doctor premiums.
- We cover your malpractice insurance premiums 100%.
Who is a fit?
- Must have at least one year post training experience.
- The biggest need is in our suburban practice. Located in the 2nd fastest growing county in all of KS.
- One of our doctors had a $34k single day of revenue in this practice recently. It is not uncommon for there to be $9k awaiting you on the schedule for a day and that turns into double or more before the day is done.
- Lots of advanced dentistry offered. Experienced doctor must be proficient in simple Endo, simple extractions, and ideally place implants.
- Molar Endo not required but would be welcomed if you are comfortable offering.
- Ideal candidates place high emphasis on clinical excellence and patient experience.
- These are busy offices with lots of staff. Ideal doctors treat all with respect and are great communicators.
